How to Place a Deposit? 

Before you bid, or buy any vehicle on the website, you should fund your AuctionExport account with an initial deposit. There are two payments options - bank wire transfer and credit card options.  In order to proceed with any of these options, please log in to your profile first: https://www.auctionexport.com/en/Profile/LogIn Then go to FINANCE section of your profile page, choose Make a Payment tab. 

Online real-time auctions

Online real-time auction allows you to compete with local and international competitors from the comfort of your home using BidGoLive online technology. The minimum required deposit is $1000 or 10% from the bid amount. Our Demo version allows you to experience the real auction at anytime where you can place your bid and track the bidding process on your own. www.auctionexport.com/en/Auctions/Demo/

Live on the phone bidding is the bidding option that involves the assistance of a sales representative. After you send the Phone Bidding request, you will receive an email notification with approximate time of the sale. You will be called 5 minutes before the auction starts and make bidding in real time through our agent. Please note, that in order to bid, you should have a deposit on your balance. Minimum is $400, or 10% from your maximum bid.

Why Do We Need Your ID? 

Though we do not need any document from you during the registration process, you will be asked to send us a copy of your driver license or passport in advance, before you bid or buy.

You can send us your ID to info@auctionexport.com, or upload from your Auction Export profile - (https://www.auctionexport.com/en/Profile/Doc_Index). 

Your ID assists our company in the release of your vehicle at the destination and help us verify your legitimacy.
