We understand that you are eagerly waiting for your vehicle to be shipped, and give you the opportunity to view your vehicle's shipping status from your Dealer Profile.

To check your vehicle shipping status go to your profile, purchases tab and click on vehicle status.

You will see the status bar which will be updated on every step of the shipping process: Shipping Initiated, Vehicle Dispatched, Vehicle Delivered, Clearing Customs, Vehicle Loaded and Vehicle Released.

You can view the vehicle location on the map, once the vehicle is loaded (available to certain destinations).
