Step 2 - crediting your AuctionExport profile with the minimum initial deposit.
To start buying and have access to all the options and features available online, your balance should be not less than $600. This money will be part of the full payment if you buy. If you don't buy, you can take it back from your profile at any time.

Step 3 - choosing your car.
Now you are free to browse through the entire inventory and select the offers you like. With positive balance, you will be able to:

(a) request your sales agent's assistance if you cannot find the prefect car on the website
(b) check the precise and actual shipping price
(c) partake in the auction to get your car / click the Buy Now button to reserve the car at the fixed price without auctions

Step 4 - finalizing your purchase.
Once your car has been reserved for you, you get the invoice which will include the car's price, shipping and other charges. We must receive the difference between the invoice and your deposit within 3 days.

Step 5 - picking up your car at the port in your country in 45-60 days.
After the purchase has been made, our shipping department receives your file and arranges the inland delivery and then the ocean shipping from the car's place to your country. We also handle documents; you will receive the package with all original documents 5-7 days before the vessel, with your car on board, reaches your destination.

When it comes to shipping, we're always trying to ship cars as fast as possible. Approximately it'll take 45-60 days for the car to reach the destination port. During the entire shipping process you will be receiving updates on the shipping status of your car. 

Unfortunately, there are certain factors that are beyond our control - weather conditions, slow traffic, snow bird season, queues at the customs, among other situations that could cause delay.

If it's not enough you can order an Independent Vehicle Inspection through ‪AuctionExport‬. We will arrange an independent physical examination by a licensed inspector for the car you are considering to buy. After it is done, you will be given a full-size condition report complemented with interior and exterior pictures.
