Powerful Snow Storms Expected

Powerful Snow Storms Expected

The East Coast of the USA can be covered by a heavy snow layer by the end of the week. Such weather conditions can affect more than 50 million people in the area of Washington, D.C., to Philadelphia, New York City and Boston. Most coastal locations may be accompanied by thunders, that can also affect ports' regular schedule.
As per forecasts there can be flights cancellations and some highways can be shut down as well.

Höegh adds vessels to New Zealand

Höegh adds vessels to New Zealand

Norwegian-based Höegh Autoliners will increase their sailing schedule to Auckland, New Zealand beginning in February.

Höegh will add two vessels per month to Auckland on their Europe to Africa and Oceania route. According to the company, “Over the next years, imports to Oceania of new light vehicles are expected to grow steadily. This positive development is, in part, supported by the solid performance of New Zealand.”

Höegh also offers service to the ports of Lyttleton and Wellington through transshipment.
